Job Summary:
This full time, year round Manager is responsible for leading public safety and guest services operations; including supporting a team that provides world-class guest service and creating a culture of safety and trust for our guests and employees. Guest Service and Public Safety areas include: Helping guests feel excited, happy, safe and welcome. It is your job to help guests and the team to find their epic day. Base Operations is often the first point of contact for a guest.

Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Hospitality, Guest Services, Security or related field. Professionalism and strong guest service skills, attention to detail and timeliness. Minimum 5 years previous leadership experience. Strong fiscal acumen and basic understanding of contracts & accounting. Flexible schedule required during peak times throughout the year. Ability to speak read, write and communicate clearly in English. Ability to read and comprehend complex correspondence. Ability to lead change and lead through service. Must be willing learn new things. Must be well versed in behavioral interviewing, de-escalation tactics and restorative conversations. Have a high degree of emotional intelligence. Must have great time-management and be self-directed. Must have excellent computer skills, including: Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook. Must have the ability to learn new software systems. Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds. Must be able to stand for up to 6 hours at a time. Must have a clean driving record and valid US Driver’s License. The expected pay range is $68,640.00 - $80,596.13 + annual bonus. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
