**Job Title: BAS Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled BAS Technician to join our team. This role involves conducting project site visits to investigate and document existing building automation systems, as well as leading engineering design and development activities to support construction, operations, and maintenance projects. The position is vital for ensuring successful implementation of project scopes through coordination with vendors and contractors, and requires working closely with project stakeholders to manage system functionality and features. **Responsibilities** + Conduct project site visits to investigate existing building automation systems and document conditions including system performance and infrastructure drawings. + Lead engineering design and development activities for construction, operations, and maintenance of customer site projects. + Coordinate with vendors and installation contractors to ensure successful project implementation. + Collaborate with stakeholders to address issues and changes in control systems. + Lead and manage integration activities and provide technical support for DDC-based hardware and software. + Conduct graphics engineering functions, review graphic packages for completeness and accuracy, and maintain a graphic library. + Document and collaborate with stakeholders to align on objectives, schedules, risks, and features. + Assist in training associates, equipment operators, and technical support staff on operations and procedures. + Identify potential problem areas, recommend solutions, and work cooperatively with clients to resolve issues. + Assist in the creation and implementation of methodologies and process improvements. + Facilitate final project sign-off, walk-thru, and closeout with clients. + Perform other duties as assigned by leadership. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC, Building Automation, or control systems. + At least 3 years of experience in integration, checkout, testing, commissioning, and/or field support of DDC and/or PLC-based automation systems. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with Siemens control, installation, and automation systems. + Expertise in building automation systems. + Skills in commissioning, point-to-point, and HVAC control systems. **Why Work Here?** Our company offers a collaborative and innovative environment that encourages professional growth and development.
