Performs advanced BAS and HVAC control system programming and technical support, with a focus on Niagara N4 platforms and commercial HVAC applications.

Job Requirements:

5+ years of experience with commercial HVAC systems

Niagara N4 certification required

Current experience programming Niagara systems with at least one of the following: Honeywell, Distech, Vykon, Lynxspring, Alerton, Talon, Siemens, Schneider Electric, or similar

Experience developing block programming and managing software code delivery for HVAC controls

Ability to program complex HVAC sequences of operation

Preferred Skills:

Experience with multiple control platforms across various HVAC equipment types

Familiarity with integration of third-party devices and protocols (e.g., BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks)

Experience with commissioning and site-based troubleshooting

Job Responsibilities:

Program building automation systems and custom HVAC control sequences

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BAS/HVAC systems

Manage operating systems related to controls infrastructure

Perform on-site and remote system diagnostics and updates

Implement, document, and test control strategies for new and existing systems

Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and accurate software delivery

Maintain compliance with industry standards and project specifications

Pay Details: $35.00 to $42.00 per hour
