Join our team and be apart of our story for the exciting 2026 Season! **Qualifications** + Ability to speak, read, and write in English. + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. + Ability to remain focused in a loud and busy environment. + Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods during events or as required by operational demands. + Must be able to perform physical tasks, including walking, standing, ascending/descending stairs, as necessary. + Exposure to heat, steam, and cold temperatures within the kitchen environment. + Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs. + Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel as needed. + Prior Bartending experience. + Demonstrated ability to prepare standard cocktails. + Knowledge of product types (beer, wine, spirits). + Understanding of alcohol portion control & responsible serving guidelines. + Experience operating POS systems (Micros, Toast, etc.) **Job Summary** **Summary:** Prepares and serves beverages to guests in bar area in a friendly, courteous and timely manner. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** + Adheres to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests. + Sets up assigned bars; requisitions and stocks all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice and produce. + Maintains stock, prepares, cures and stores all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables to ensure product quality. + Greets guests in a courteous, friendly manner. + Takes and/or processes orders for drinks; mixes, garnishes and presents drinks using standard ingredient recipes; practices prudent portion control. + Checks guests at the bar for proper identification. + Detects and acts upon guest inebriation as trained.
