Bartender (Part Time), SER Steak and Spirits - Hilton Anatole

The Hilton Anatole is looking for an experienced part time Bartender to join their SER Steak and Spirits team!

Texas-sized event space meets resort pool fun in Dallas! When guests stay at the Hilton Anatole, just north of Dallas, they'll find an entertainment complex designed to relax and delight, an outdoor pool complex with slides and a lazy river, an award-winning fitness club, a spa, dining options, and more! 

SER Steak and Spirits is an American steakhouse with a modern twist located on the 27th floor. Top dining experience in Dallas with sweeping skyline views, exclusive cuts of prime beef, locally sourced ingredients, and an award-winning wine collection.

***The ideal candidate brings at least (2) years of bartending experience in a craft cocktail environment, is a guest-focused food and beverage professional who brings genuine warmth, great energy, and a strong ability to upsell in a lively steakhouse environment. Shift patterns are in the evenings, with Saturdays and holidays availability being required.


What will I be doing?

As a Bartender, you would be responsible for preparing beverages and serving beverages and/or food to guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Greet guests and respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient mannerMix and garnish beverages according to recipe and portion control standardsPresent and serve beverages to guestsCheck guests for proper identification and serve alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with federal, state, local and company laws and regulationsAccurately total, process and collect payments from guests to include, but not limited to, using the point-of-sale system, handling money, processing credit and debit cards, making change and processing gift certificates, cards and vouchersStock and maintain the bar to include, but not limited to, beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice and produceCut, store and ensure product quality of all beverage-related perishablesRespond professionally to inebriated guests, as needed
