Delaware North Sportservice is hiring part-time Bartenders to join our team at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly while providing an excellent guest experience.

Please note this is a tipped position; the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings.

What will you do?Receives drink orders from patrons or serversServes alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, and adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and proceduresMixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for patrons following standard recipes and using company standardized proportions; serves wine and bottled beer or draws draught beerEnters drink orders into point-of-sale system, collects payment from patrons for drinks servedCompletes daily reporting accurately, depending on company and managerial standardsMaintains bar stock by ordering or requisitioning liquors, beverages, condiments, and suppliesCleans and stores bar equipment and bar stockPrepares and replenishes appetizers and garnishes as neededPerforms opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned

More about youMust be at least 18 years oldOne to two years of previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume environment preferredExcellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to the Company’s GuestPath Universal Service StandardsAbility to complete required pre-employment alcohol service trainingBasic math skills, with the ability to accurately total guest checks and conduct inventoryPossess basic knowledge of standard drink recipes and alcohol brand namesAbility to multitask by meeting the needs of one’s customers while preparing drinks for guests seated in the dining area of the restaurantVerbal communication skills; listening skills with the ability to take beverage orders and fill those orders correctly

Physical requirementsConstant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motionsAbility to lift stock to 50 pounds occasionallyExposure to moderate to high environmental noise levels during busy times
