Duties and responsibilities related to the Bartender role:

Deliver exceptional and engaging bar service, creating memorable guest experiences in 40 Elephants and Sibin Whisky LoungePrepare and serve a wide range of beverages with strong knowledge of ingredients, presentation, and techniquesSupport bar setup and ensure all preparations are completed prior to serviceMaintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation across the bar areaMonitor stock levels, requisition supplies, and ensure correct storage of all bar productsWork collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations and maximise guest satisfactionDrive sales opportunities and promote the bar’s concept through knowledgeable recommendations

About youYou are a passionate and service-focused individual with previous experience in a bartender role, ideally within a luxury hotel or high-end bar environment. You have excellent knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and service standards, and take pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
