As Bartender you will be **responsible** **for:** + Maintainspositive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships. + Ensures the delivery of brand promise andprovidesexceptional guest service at all times. + Ensures that minimumbrand standards have been implemented. + Embraces all Touches of Hyatt and the Food and Beverage Top 20. + Presents menu/ drinks list, answers enquiries and makes suggestions regardingfood,beverageand service to guests. + Ensures high standardsof personal presentation and grooming. + Takes orders and serves food and beverage to guestaccording to the established sequence and procedures. **Qualifications:** + Minimum of 2 years of solid experience as Bartender in a high demand luxury Bars. + Has relevant experience in late hour bar operations and is able to work on late shifts. + Has strong bartending skills sets and is well versed in all types of beverages. + Has that natural bar entertaining skills and knowledge about food & beverage. + Has prove track on active up selling skills, working with timelines and targets. + Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must. + Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken. + Highly conscientious and diligent. + Diploma in Hospitality or other relevant fields. **Primary Location:** ID-Bali **Organization:** Grand Hyatt Bali **Job Level:** Full-time **Job:** Bars/Restaurants/Outlets **Req ID:** BAL003257 Hyatt is an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer.
