The Bartender is responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to club members and their guests in a professional, friendly, and discreet manner. This role requires strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wines, and spirits, along with a commitment to personalized service and maintaining the club’s high standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to club standards and member preferences Deliver attentive, personalized service while building positive relationships with members and guests Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area at all times Accurately process orders and handle cash, member charges, and POS transactions Monitor guest consumption and follow responsible alcohol service guidelines Assist with bar setup and breakdown for events, tournaments, and private functions Restock bar inventory, rotate product, and notify management of low stock or supply needs Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service Uphold the club’s policies, service etiquette, and confidentiality expectations Qualifications & Skills Previous bartending experience required (country club or fine dining experience preferred) Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail preparation Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment Must be reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling (including evenings, weekends, and holidays) TIPS, ServSafe, or equivalent alcohol service certification preferred Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift and carry up to 30–40 lbs (cases, kegs, supplies) Work Environment Indoor and outdoor bar settings Member-focused, service-oriented atmosphere May include seasonal events, banquets, and high-volume functions
