Job Description

At Oaks Sunshine Coast Oasis Resort, we believe every great holiday is made even better with exceptional food, drinks, and service. Our vibrant bar is the heart of the resort, where guests come together to relax, celebrate, and enjoy a true Sunshine Coast experience.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our team on a casual basis. If you thrive in a social environment, love mixing drinks, and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences, this is your chance to bring your energy and creativity to a popular resort setting.

Your responsibilities will include:

Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wineDeliver professional, friendly service while engaging with guestsRecommend drink pairings and upsell to enhance the guest experienceMaintain a clean, stocked, and organised bar areaWork collaboratively with the wider Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless service

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:

Previous bartending experience in a busy bar or hospitality environmentStrong product knowledge and confidence in mixing classic cocktailsExceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable personalityAvailability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and eveningsCurrent RSA certificate essential
