Key Responsibilities:

· Lead day-to-day operations of the restaurant, fostering a culture of exceptional service.

· Communicate with staff regarding their responsibilities and act as a role model for appropriate conduct.

· Drive sales through effective marketing strategies and outstanding customer service.

· Uphold and enforce sanitation and safety standards in the restaurant.

· Coordinate with the management to arrange training for new hires and overall staff development.

· Handle guest feedback gracefully, taking immediate action to rectify any complaints.

· Assist with restaurant administration tasks as required.
