Essential Duties and Responsibilities:In-Park Duties and ResponsibilitiesPrepare beverages for Guests in accordance with company, local and federal guidelinesVerify Guests age by examining valid forms of identificationSet up and maintain the overall cleanliness of the bar areaProvide friendly and speedy service while resolving any issues that may ariseFollow all sanitation guidelines put in place by the health department while handling food itemsRestock locations as necessary and notify management of inventory levels for reorderingFollow company alcohol awareness procedures to prevent intoxicationEnsure all recipes are being followed to control costsComplete the proper food safety, transfer and waste paperwork on a daily basisEnforce and follow all safety and security proceduresSkills and Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years of agePrevious experience bartending or food service preferredWork varied shifts, including nights, holidays and weekendsAble to be self-motivated and work independently with little assistanceMust be able to stand and walk for up to 6 hours at a timeMust complete ServSafe Alcohol Training – Completed during training at the park
