Delaware North's Patina Group is hiring full-time and part-time Bartenders to join our team at Monsieur Dior in Beverly Hills, California. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly while providing an excellent guest experience.

Please note this is a tipped position; the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings.

What will you do?Execute the pre-designed cocktail and beverage program with precision, consistency, and attention to detailMaintain a deep working knowledge of cocktail specs, ingredients, methods, and presentation standardsPossess expert-level knowledge of classic cocktails and be prepared to fulfill off-menu guest requests when appropriateProvide gracious, professional service to guests both at the bar and tablesidePrepare all bar mise en place and maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness throughout serviceSupport inventory control, prep schedules, restocking, and sanitation protocolsCommunicate effectively with service and culinary teams to ensure seamless pacing and guest satisfactionUphold and model our core values of respect, hospitality, creativity, and excellenceBe a brand ambassador, embodying elegance, finesse and innovation 

More about youMust be at least 21 years of age Minimum of 2 years of front-of-house experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant Experience in cash handling and credit card processing Previous experience using a computerized point of sale system 
No high school diploma or GED required
