As a Bartender, you will be responsible for serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly while providing an excellent guest experience. All team members receive benefits including: + Weekly pay + Employee assistance program + Training and development opportunities + Employee discounts + Flexible work schedules Eligible team members may also receive: health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation days and holidays, paid parental bonding leave, and tuition and/or professional certification reimbursement. **What will you do?** + Execute the pre-designed cocktail and beverage program with precision, consistency, and attention to detail + Maintain a deep working knowledge of cocktail specs, ingredients, methods, and presentation standards + Possess expert-level knowledge of classic cocktails and be prepared to fulfill off-menu guest requests when appropriate + Provide gracious, professional service to guests both at the bar and tableside + Prepare all bar mise en place and maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness throughout service + Support inventory control, prep schedules, restocking, and sanitation protocols + Communicate effectively with service and culinary teams to ensure seamless pacing and guest satisfaction + Uphold and model our core values of respect, hospitality, creativity, and excellence + Be a brand ambassador, embodying elegance, finesse and innovation **More about you** + Must be at least 21 years of age + Minimum of 2 years of front-of-house experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant + Experience in cash handling and credit card processing + Previous experience using a computerized point of sale system + No high school diploma or GED required **Physical requirements** + Minimum 2 years of experience in a fine dining or luxury cocktail setting + Mastery of classic cocktails and mixology fundamentals + Proven ability to replicate a highly detailed, pre-set menu with consistency and efficiency + Excellent communication and guest engagement skills + Strong understanding of spirits, wines, non-alcoholic offerings, and bar service standards + Available nights, weekends, and holidays **Who we are** Patina Group is a leader in the premium segment of the restaurant and catering industry, operating restaurants and managing catering and food service operations at high-profile venues including, Lincoln Center, Walt Disney World®, Disneyland®, the Empire State Building, Grand Central Station, and The Metropolitan Opera.
