This position is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, being around farm animals, and all the tough jobs involved in farm work. **This is considered a weekend position: Wed – Sun from 5:00am – 2:00pm. Minimum Qualifications **Minimum Qualifications** **Level I:** High school diploma or equivalent. **Level II:** High school diploma or equivalent plus 1 year of relevant experience. **LevelIII :** High school diploma or equivalent plus 4 years of relevant experience. **Level IV:** High school diploma or equivalent plus 6 years of relevant experience. Minimum Skills, License, and Certifications **Minimum Skills and Abilities** + This position involves physical demands such as the ability to stand and walk frequently. + The ability to climb, kneel, and reach is also necessary. + The ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. is required. + This position also requires working outdoors in heat and cold, wet, humid, and noisy conditions. **Minimum Technology Skills** **Minimum License and Certifications** + Possession of a valid driver’s license upon hire. + Ability to obtain a pesticide license may be required in specific positions.
