Overview We are looking for a highly motivated and service-oriented individual to join our Fine Dining team, leading nightly operations as the Barking Frog Restaurant Manager (PM). This individual is a proactive solution seeker, they lead by example, don't settle for the normal, and continuously encourage and engage their team members. They will assist in providing the leadership required to achieve the fiduciary and quality goals for the Food and Beverage operation. They will ensure the effective and efficient operation of all facets of our restaurant outlets and room service. What You ll Do Lead and manage all Front of House operations during evening service, Wednesday through Sunday. Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate FOH staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Drive service excellence on the floor, handling guest relations and recovery. Collaborate with Back of House leadership to ensure seamless operations. Oversee wine and spirits sales, training staff and guiding guests with expertise. Manage scheduling, labor costs, and budget goals in partnership with F&B leadership. Represent the hotel as Manager on Duty when needed and participate in leadership/marketing/inter-departmental meetings. Build strong relationships with distributors, purveyors, and the community. Qualifications What You Bring 3-4 years of leadership experience in fine dining or luxury hotels (or equivalent education/experience). Bachelor's degree preferred. Strong knowledge of wine and spirits. Current Food Handler's and MAST permits. Comfortable with basic computer tools (Word, Outlook, Excel). Compensation Range The compensation for this position is $78,000.00/Yr. - $83,000.00/Yr. based on qualifications and experience.
