**Position Summary**
Are you ready for your next challenges?
As a Barista Trainer NP Adriatic South Hub, your role is to ensure the professional preparation and presentation of coffee and specialty drinks, support the development of barista skills, and promote Nestlé’s coffee solutions across customer sites.

**A day in the life of Barista Trainer NP Adriatic South Hub**
+ Ensure consistent and high-quality preparation of coffee and specialty drinks in customer locations, following Nestlé standards.
+ Train and support customer staff on the correct use of Nestlé products and drink preparation techniques.
+ Motivate and coach on-site teams to deliver excellent beverage presentation and customer experience.
+ Work closely with sales representatives, technical teams, and site managers to support customer satisfaction and business goals.
+ Promote and develop a strong barista culture within the Nestlé Professional team and across partner organizations.
+ Stay up to date on the latest coffee trends, brewing methods, and product innovations, and share knowledge with the team.
+ Monitor customer sites, provide professional feedback, and recommend improvements in processes and presentation.
+ Represent Nestlé Professional’s coffee solutions and full product offering to new and potential clients in meetings, events, and demos.
+ Create new and innovative drink recipes using Nestlé products, aligned with current consumer preferences and seasonal trends.
+ Lead the rollout of the Nestlé Professional Coffee Academy, ensuring continuous skills development for Nestlé Professional employees and partner teams.
**What will make you successful?**
+ Ideally, you are an energetic team player with attention to detail and a desire to learn.
+ You have at least one year of experience as a Barista (SCA certified trainer or SCA barista certification from an accredited training academy will be considered an advantage).
+ You have the ability to provide technical guidance to new team members and create training programs for coffee products, equipment, and sensory experiences.
+ You are advanced communicator and negotiator able to deliver results through others and influence with integrity.
+ You have excellent knowledge of English language, both written and spoken.
+ You are advanced user of MS Office package.
