At Hilton Auckland, our Food & Beverage team plays a vital role in creating memorable guest experiences across our restaurants, bars, room service, banquets, and in-hotel cafés. We are currently seeking a Barista who will also support general Food & Beverage Attendant duties across our outlets.

What will I be doing?

As a Barista / Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, while also contributing to the wider food and beverage service across the hotel. Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and serving coffee and other beverages in a timely and professional mannerMaintaining knowledge of outlet menus, including seasonal offerings and promotionsKeeping your service area clean, organised, and well-stockedSupporting food and beverage service in restaurants, bars, banquets, and room serviceReceiving orders and serving guest requests across various outletsEfficiently managing guest transactions and account settlementsAnswering guest queries in a friendly and helpful manner

Assisting with setup, pack-down, and general service duties as required

A neat and tidy appearance with pride in presentation

 

Basic knowledge of food hygiene, drink service (including alcoholic beverages), and complaint handlingFamiliarity with electronic ordering systems, POS operations, and cash handling
