You'll combine technical skill with authentic hospitality, delivering service that's as memorable as the coffee itself. **What You'll Do** + Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and consistency. + Deliver warm, engaging, and personalized service to every guest. + Maintain exceptional presentation, cleanliness, and organization throughout the café and coffee station. + Ensure all beverages meet The Standard's quality and presentation standards. + Assist with daily opening and closing procedures, inventory, and stock replenishment. + Collaborate with the culinary and front-of-house teams to provide a seamless guest experience. + Stay curious about coffee trends, brewing techniques, and product knowledge to continually elevate the guest experience. **Qualifications:** **What You'll Bring** + Previous experience as a Barista in a specialty coffee shop, luxury hotel, café, or high-volume hospitality environment. + Knowledge of espresso preparation, milk texturing, brewing methods, and coffee equipment. + A passion for coffee, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences. + Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. + Fluency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to confidently assist an international clientele. + Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. + A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn and grow. + A genuine passion for delivering thoughtful service in every cup.
