In this position, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items in a fast-paced environment, ensuring guest satisfaction and maximizing revenue opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and food items to guests in accordance with established quality standards

- Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service to ensure a positive guest experience

- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, adhering to health and safety standards

- Support daily operations of the coffee shop facilities and other Food and Beverage outlets

- Engage with guests in a friendly manner, radiating positivity and accommodating their needs

- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery

Requirements

 Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience in a Food & Beverage outlet, including cash handling

- Previous Barista experience is preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Friendly, approachable, and customer-centric attitude

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

- Positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service
