Job description Key responsibilities: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and tea beverages according to brand standards. Greet guests warmly and provide recommendations based on their preferences. Maintain knowledge of coffee beans, blends, brewing methods, and specialty drinks. Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other beverage equipment with precision and care. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and surrounding areas. Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations. Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times. Uphold the brand image by delivering exceptional service aligned with luxury hospitality values. Qualifications Previous experience as a barista in a luxury hotel, cafu00e9, or fine dining environment preferred. Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso machine operation. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Passion for coffee and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and order. About the Company
