What this job involves

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of coffee preparation, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages to company standards.

Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, including equipment and workstations.

Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and making recommendations.

Handle cash and card transactions accurately.

Follow health and safety regulations regarding food and beverage handling.

Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with coworkers.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.

Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure during peak hours.

Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
