Reports to: Operations Manager

Primary Function/General Purpose of Position : Works independently with general supervision to create the Starbucks Experience for our customers by providing customers with prompt service, quality beverages and products. Performs a variety of duties related to sanitation and cash register duties.

Essential Job Functions

​Welcomes and connects with every customer to provide excellent customer service in the selection and purchase of specialty beverages, coffee, sales and merchandise.

Prepares a variety of customer beverage orders to Starbucks standards.

Presents oneself professionally and demonstrates clear communication with all customer and associate interactions.

Maintains sanitary condition of equipment and work areas, performing cleaning tasks in accordance with assigned duties.

Performs equipment maintenance in accordance with preventative maintenance checklist.

Maintains quality store operations by following standards for merchandising, stocking, rotating, and storing all products.

Works as a team player and maintains customers’ rights (confidentiality, privacy, safety, security, and decision making)
