The barback supports bartenders by ensuring the bar is fully stacked, clean, and organized to deliver exceptional service to guests. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficiency behind the bar and helping create a seamless guest experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment. **Responsibilities:** + Assist bartenders by keeping the bar stocked with liquor, beer, wine, glassware, garnishes, and bar supplies. + Replenish ice, napkins, straws, mixers, and other bar essentials throughout service. + Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including counters, sinks, and equipment. + Collect and wash used glassware and return to the appropriate storage areas. + Remove trash, empty bottles, and used bar materials promptly. + Assist with opening and closing duties such as stocking, cleaning, and preparing the bar for service. + Provide courteous and professional interaction with guests when needed.
