Key Duties & Responsibilities: Restocking Supplies: Constantly refilling bottles, ice bins, beer coolers, mixers, and bar tools. Glassware Management: Collecting dirty glasses, washing them, and restocking clean ones. Garnish & Prep: Preparing and replenishing fresh garnishes like citrus, olives, and herbs. Cleaning & Maintenance: Wiping spills, cleaning counters, taking out trash, and sweeping/mopping. Kegs & Heavy Lifting: Swapping empty kegs and moving cases of liquor. Bartender Support: Assisting with tasks that pull bartenders away, like punching orders or grabbing items from storage. Setup & Breakdown: Preparing the bar before opening and helping clean and organize after closing
