We are looking for our Barback who has a passion and skill set for delivering exceptional service. Ideally, you will have experience working in high-volume restaurants and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while delivering a memorable guest experience.

We want JOIA to be the most talked-about Restaurant around London.

As our Barback, you will receive:

As our Barback, you:

Take pride in exceeding guests' expectations and be able to anticipate guests' needs and deliver a memorable experienceBe a passionate and highly motivated Team player with the ability to inspire your teamHave experience building productive relationships with colleagues within the bar/lounge and across other departments, looking for ways to enhance the guest experience.Will provide support to the bar team and be responsible for bar prep, stock and cleaning dutiesShould have previous experience working as a Barback
