Delaware North's Patina Group is hiring full-time and part-time Barbacks to join our team at Monsieur Dior in Beverly Hills, California. As a Barback, you will contribute to the team's success by tracking and stocking inventory, delivering beverages, and providing excellent guest service and support to your team at all times. What will you do?• Ensure all bar stations are fully stocked and impeccably organized before, during, and after service
• Support bartenders in prep, restocking, garnishes, glassware, and ice management
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all bar areas, including counters, tools, and equipment
• Assist with juice pressing, syrup preparation, batching, and other cocktail mise en place
• Polish and organize glassware, tools, and bar equipment with care and consistency
• Monitor and replenish stock levels throughout service to ensure uninterrupted workflow
• Coordinate with service, kitchen, and dish teams to streamline operations and maintain pacing
• Uphold and model our core values of respect, hospitality, teamwork, and excellence
• Maintain a calm and professional demeanor in a high-pressure environment

 

More about youMinimum 1 year of experience in a fine dining or craft cocktail bar environmentStrong organizational and time-management skillsBasic knowledge of spirits, cocktail components, and bar tools preferredAbility to lift and transport heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and work on your feet for extended periodsTeam-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic and attention to detailAvailable nights, weekends, and holidays
