**Description:** The Bar Supervisor is responsible for the overall daily operations of the bar, ensuring exceptional beverage service and guest experiences in line with Alila and Hyatt brand standards. This role leads and supervises the bar team on shift, maintaining high standards of service quality, product consistency, cleanliness, and compliance with safety and hygiene requirements. The Bar Supervisor is hands-on in staff coaching, scheduling, inventory management, cost control, and service delivery while fostering a refined, welcoming, and guest‑centric bar environment.
