Duties and responsibilities related to the Bar Manager role
· Lead the daily operations of The Churchill Bar and full operations of the beverage logistics of the hotel, ensuring seamless service and an exceptional guest experience
· Manage and develop the bar team through effective training, performance management, and leadership
· Oversee the creation and maintenance of a distinctive beverage programme, aligned with current trends and brand standards
· Monitor inventory, control costs, and maintain supplier relationships to ensure operational efficiency and product quality
· Ensure full compliance with licensing regulations, health and safety standards, and internal policies
· Collaborate with relevant departments to support promotional activities, events, and initiatives that enhance guest engagement and drive revenue
