Master Halco: Fence & Deck Supply, North America’s leading manufacturer/distributor of fence and deck products is seeking an experienced Bar Code Technology System & Change Management Coordinator.
Position Summary
The Bar Code Technology System & Change Management Coordinator must be able to collaborate with people across all departments of the company as well as external vendors to achieve strategic goals.
This role bridges technical systems coordination with strategic change management, ensuring seamless integration of scanning solutions and high adoption across teams. Customer service improvement and utilization efficiency are key components for this position.
Remote position.
Extensive travel is required at up to 75%.

ResponsibilitiesAccountabilities / Responsibilities
Jobs responsibilities and oversight to include but not limited to:
Design, implement, and maintain Bar code scanning system across operational environmentsCollaborate with IT and operations teams to integrate new bar code scanning hardware and middleware with existing infrastructureConduct site assessments, system testing, and performance evaluationsTroubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support for scanning systemDocument system configurations, workflows, and maintenance schedulesDevelop and execute change management strategies to support system adoption and process transformationConduct impact assessments and stakeholder analysis to guide communication and training plansConduct workshops, training sessions, and coaching to build change readinessMonitor adoption metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and outcomesAlign change initiatives with broader organizational goals and project timelinesSpecial projects as assigned QualificationsEssential Qualifications
Strong understanding of bar code or RFID technologies, including tags, readers, antennas, and middlewareProficiency in change management methodologies and stakeholder engagementExcellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skillsAnalytical mindset with the ability to solve technical and organizational problemsComfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments Experience in logistics, manufacturing, or distribution operations (preferred)Ability to translate technical concepts into actionable business strategies (preferred)Passion for innovation and continuous improvement (preferred)Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associates degree, two-year college, technical school, or equivalent work experienceProsci or ACMP Change Management certification (preferred)2–4 years’ experience in organizational change management or project leadership2-4 years’ experience in bar code scanning systems implementation or IT systems coordinationRadio frequency identification (RFID) technology certification or training is a plusProven track record of leading cross-functional teams through technical and cultural transitionsComputer Skills: MS Office, Word, Excel, MS Planner or MS Project, and ability to learn software tools

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days of work are Monday through Friday. This position at times requires long hours.
