Position Summary The purpose of this position is to assist students, faculty and staff understanding their bills and financial obligations to the University. Perform various Accounts Receivable functions and to assist students in persisting to graduation.

We have 6 openings to fill in this classification.  Minimum Qualifications from Classification Six months of full-time office experience in collection of past due accounts in which collections was the primary responsibility; OR one year of experience related to collection of past due accounts. Additional Minimum Qualifications for this Position
Knowledge of SCT Banner Student Information module, preferred. One year general clerical experience including operating multi-line phone system. Work Days/Hours Monday thru Friday 9am-1pm or 1pm-5pm Total Compensation Range & Benefits Statement The starting hourly rate for this position will be between $17.59 and $19.68. PSU’s excellent benefits package includes 95% premium paid healthcare; a generous retirement and vacation package; and reduced tuition rates for employee, spouse or dependent at any of the Oregon Public Universities.  Application Instructions
