Strategic Planning: Demonstrate market awareness and proactively develop strategies to enhance the property’s competitive advantage in the luxury events segment. Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate closely with Culinary, F&B leadership, Sales, and Front Office to ensure seamless communication and flawless event delivery. Innovation: Drive creativity in event design, personalized amenities, and bespoke setups that elevate the guest experience and reinforce Rosewood’s brand identity.
