Operational Management: Plan and execute all banquet functions with precision, including setup, service, and breakdown, ensuring adherence to Rosewood standards of luxury presentation and timing. Financial Stewardship: Manage cost controls, labor scheduling, and revenue optimization for banquet operations without compromising quality or brand standards. Strategic Planning: Demonstrate market awareness and proactively develop strategies to enhance the property’s competitive advantage in the luxury events segment. Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate closely with Culinary, F&B leadership, Sales, and Front Office to ensure seamless communication and flawless event delivery. Innovation: Drive creativity in event design, personalized amenities, and bespoke setups that elevate the guest experience and reinforce Rosewood’s brand identity. Compliance & Standards: Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene protocols are strictly followed, maintaining the highest standards of service and presentation.
