An On-Call Banquet Server is responsible for delivering and serving food and beverage items to banquet guests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Shift Pattern is for an on-call role based on business need, with full open availability

Rate of pay is  $16.37 plus gratuities; split is determined by the Union contract

What will I be doing?

As a On-Call Banquet Server, you would be responsible for delivering and serving food and beverage items to guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Set banquet tables to meet function specificationsDeliver and serve food and beverages, including, but not limited to, meals, condiments and accompanimentsEnsure menu knowledge per event/functionRemove china, glassware, silverware, etc. from tables at the conclusion of the meal period and deliver to the stewarding areaEnsure guest satisfaction throughout the meal serviceRespond to guest requests in a friendly, timely, and efficient mannerAssist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationshipsAssist others with side work including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, etc.$16.37/hour plus gratuity Previous experience serving large banquet/event functions is required
