Banquet Manager
Compensation: $60,000 to $65,000 per year plus bonus, Full-Time Day or Evening Shifts Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Banquet Manager to oversee all banquet operations for the Wildbirch Hotel. The ideal candidate will ensure coordination across departments for a guest experience that is seamlessly executed. 

Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, and manage banquet events, including large tours groups, celebrations of life, conferences, and private functions Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements, menus, and timelines Supervise banquet staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management Ensure proper setup, service, and breakdown of events according to standards Work closely with kitchen and catering teams to ensure timely food service Monitor event execution and resolve any issues promptly and professionally Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service quality Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment related to banquet operations Oversee billing, budgeting, and cost control for events Requirements Proven experience in banquets preferably in hotels Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Must have attention to detail  Knowledge of food and beverage operations and event planning Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand for long periods and handle physically demanding tasks when needed What We Offer Competitive salary with quarterly bonuses Opportunities for growth and advancement Medical, Dental, and Vision  Dynamic and team-oriented work environment Posted June 11, 2026
