If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy managing teams, and have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, this is the opportunity for you! **Key Responsibilities:** + Lead pre-event planning by reviewing paperwork, conducting site visits, and coordinating event logistics. + Supervise event set-up and breakdown, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on schedule. + Conduct pre-shift meetings to align staff on service flow, attire, and guest expectations. + Manage the guest experience—greeting, seating, and ensuring quality service throughout the event. + Oversee service flow to guarantee timely food service and prompt response to guest needs. + Coordinate event logistics and maintain strong communication with the Chef, kitchen team, and external vendors. + Manage staffing needs for all full-service events. + Guide and assign staff to uphold high service standards throughout the event. + Complete all post-event duties, including breakdown, staff check-out, and final paperwork. **Qualifications:** + Prior experience in catering, banquets, or hospitality management required. + Proven leadership and excellent communication skills. + Ability to stay organized and efficient under pressure. + Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to outstanding service. + Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends. + **Bilingual (English & Spanish)** strongly preferred. **Why work with Adecco?** + Weekly pay + Access to top local events and venues + Opportunity for long-term placements + Career support and training resources Ready to take the lead and elevate the event experience? **Apply now** and a recruiter will be in touch to get you started! **Pay Details:** $25.00 to $26.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
