Hourly Rate: $17.65 plus tip pool

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

\n\nAt least 1 year of recent bartending experience, banquet experience highly preferred\nCurrent OLCC and Food Handlers certifications \nThe ability to work in a fast-paced environment \nA genuine spirit to provide exceptional service to our guests \n\n

What will I be doing?

\n

As a Banquet Bartender, you would be responsible for preparing beverages and serving beverages to guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nGreet guests and respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner\nMix and garnish beverages according to recipe and portion control standards\nPresent and serve beverages to guests\nCheck guests for proper identification and serve alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with federal, state, local and company laws and regulations\nAccurately total, process and collect payments from guests as needed\nStock and maintain the bar to include, but not limited to, beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice and produce\nCut, store and ensure product quality of all beverage-related perishables\nRespond professionally to inebriated guests, as needed\n
