**Banner Health** is currently seeking full timeFNPs to join our Urgent Care team for our approved Training program for Banner New Grads. This will be a three month shadowing/mentoring program with 13 shifts per month encompassing clinical, didactic and SIM training. MUST be enrolled in the program with fulltime hours. Training program is only available in selected locations, based on availability of staff.
