Toolbox is a desktop application that brings together a variety of information into a single workspace. Toolbox incorporates a full suite of client management tools that bankers use for tracking client calls, deals and relationships. It provides a 360-degree view of the customer to any member of our organization who touches the customer. Toolbox is a web-based global research solution for investment managers, portfolio managers, buy-side analysts, research analysts, investment bankers, senior corporate executives, chief investment officers, and anyone else who requires timely, accurate, in-depth, and comprehensive financial information and pre-trading analysis. The application provides a broad array of global, value-added proprietary and third party content from partners such as Reuters Knowledge, S&P and Moody's, information includes news, research and company fundamentals.
**Responsibilities:**
The Toolbox analyst is required to work closely with clients/partners/other support teams to provide application support to bankers across all franchises. The data is used for Banking scorecard preparation, submission of deal/client general codes, revenue analysis etc. The role requires the candidate to interact with the counterparts in New York, London and APAC and hence requires good written and verbal communication skills.
This position, functions in a team environment, provides 16X5 (8:00 – 23:00) helpdesk support (95% email and 5% call based) for queries to Citi bankers across all business groups
+ Client GFCID Creation, Coverage updates, Client Contacts and Activities tracking, etc.
+ User account administration - Account creation, Account deletion, User Role based access setup, etc.
+ Advance support – Training, Portfolio Management, resolving user queries, Ad-hoc report building, etc.
+ Processing of requests on the system
+ Create and update client ready outputs
+ Preparation of daily/weekly/monthly KPI
**Qualifications:**
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills•Good Interpretation skills•Attention to details•Proficient in Microsoft Office•Ability to multi-task and work under pressure•Respect for information confidentiality
**Education:**
+ Graduate
1 - 2 years experience
