Description We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Banking Specialist to join our growing team in Bellevue, WA. In this role, you will provide exceptional service by addressing customer's financial needs, resolving inquiries, and guiding them toward tailored banking solutions. As a representative of our organization, you will be instrumental in delivering a positive customer experience and ensuring our clients feel valued and understood. This is a 3-month contract opportunity with potential for permanent employment. Responsibilities: • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, delivering detail-oriented and courteous service in every interaction. • Assist customers with day-to-day banking transactions, including account inquiries, deposits, withdrawals, and transfers. • Perform teller duties such as check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, stop payments, and issuing monetary instruments. • Ensure timely and accurate resolution of client issues related to account management, fraud prevention, and service discrepancies. • Support branch operations, including opening, closing, and administrative tasks. • Follow branch security protocols and safeguard customer privacy. • Support customers with digital banking tools, guiding them through processes like online account setup, bill payments, and mobile banking apps. • Maintain accurate logs, reports, and work area organization. • Address customer inquiries via phone, resolve issues, or escalate as necessary. Requirements • Demonstrated experience in customer service or banking roles. • Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and managing call flow. • Strong customer service skills with the ability to create positive interactions. • Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. • Effective interpersonal skills to communicate with diverse individuals. • Capability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
