The Investment Banking Team provides strategic advise to corporate and financial sponsor clients in Germany on private and public M&A and capital markets transactions including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, financial restructurings, underwriting; and distributing equity; debt; and derivative securities. As an Investment Banking Analyst you will play a critical role in supporting senior bankers in both origination and execution of projects across the entire Citi product offering. Key responsibilities will include preparation of valuation materials, financial models, and board level client materials. You will work with Citi team members across functions and disciplines to deliver the best outcome for your clients.
