Banking industry Sales Manager
**What you’ll do:** A. Drive sales performance in the assigned key segment (Banking industry) to achieve PDSS sales targets. Responsible for meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals. B. Manage distributors and support partners to grow business. Maintain existing sales channels and develop new ones to expand market coverage. C. Collaborate with product marketing and supporting teams to develop segment-specific channel programs and initiatives. D. Execute projects effectively by leveraging internal and external resources. Build strong, preferred partnerships with assigned customers, including segment clients and end users. E. Provide training and education to customers and partners on products and solutions to enhance their understanding and adoption. **Qualifications:** • University degree, major in electrical engineering or automation; • 10 years and above relevant experience in Assembly with leadership attributes; • Strong interpersonal and communication skill, good teamwork spirit, self-motive, goal-oriented and energetic; • Fluent in written and spoken English; • Good PC skills, able to use MS-office programs as Excel, Word, Power Point; • Willing to work hard and face challenge.
