To proactively promote a relationship-based offering by being a dedicated and primary point of contact for customers in the Executive Banking segment, through the provision of banking solutions which meet their needs and in accordance with the specified value propositions.

Job Responsibilities

Acquire and open new accounts and cross sells additional products and services in line with customer needs by identifying and referring sales leads to other business stakeholders (e.g., Vehicle and Asset Finance, Electronic Banking, Card, Home Loans, Digital Channels, Enterprise Banking, etc.)Conduct a financial needs analysis with all new and existing customers to ensure that product opportunities identified are appropriate to meet the customer's needs and prioritiesContact potential and existing customers from leads received / campaigns in order to sell product offeringsIdentify opportunities to migrate top-end customers to the next segment. Ensures that qualifying customers are timeously migrated into the correct segment.Promote and pro-actively solution a range of banking offerings and solutions to meet the financial needs of executive banking customersMaintain, entrench and grow each client relationship on an annual basis and manages the risk per client to ensure contestant growth in portfolio and returns to the bank.
