Bank Hotel Service Assistant - Fulwood Hall Hospital - Bank Hours

The Role:

We are currently seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our hospital team as a Hotel Services Assistant. The successful applicant MUST BE FLEXIBLE to carry out earlier shift starts as well as providing cover for additional daytime, evening and weekend shifts. 


Previous experience working in a catering environment is essential, full training will be given by the hospital to complement existing skills. Duties will include food service, maintaining standards of hygiene, and working as part of a team to meet internal and external objectives.


The successful applicant will have excellent communication and customer service skills, a high attention to detail, the ability to work effectively alone or as part of team, and thrive on working under pressure to tight deadlines without compromising quality. 


Due to the nature of the role the successful applicant must work in compliance with Health and Safety and Manual Handling regulations. The applicant must also have their own transport.

Ability to undertaking regular audits ensuring the health and safety of all customers and visitors using our facilities

Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business

Strong Customer Service skills

What is a Bank contract:

A Bank contract at Ramsay Health Care UK is a flexible employment agreement where you are not committed to a set number of hours per week. Instead, you work on an ad-hoc basis, filling in shifts that we have available in our hospitals.
