**Associate Engineer**

**The Role: **
We are seeking a Associate Engineer who will support GKN ePowertrain AWD/eDrive Product development.
Key responsibilities include:
Complete responsibility of Memory, OS, Mode management stack
Configuration and integration of autosar modules.
Integration of MCAL modules.
Responsible for Software detailed design, unit testing and reviews to meet ASPICE standards.
**Who you’ll be: **
To be successful in this position, you will have proven experience in Automotive domain and hands on experience in E/E projects.
**Specific Functional Capabilities, Knowledge and Skills Required**
**Essential Skills**
Engineering or Post Graduate Engineering degree in Electronics, Information Technology, Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering
Around 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in Automotive Electronics
Experience in configuration and integration of Autosar memory stack
Experience in OS and multicore concepts
Experience in Mode management (sleep-wakeup/startup and shutdown strategy)
Strong C, assemble programming and debug skills
Basic understanding of hardware blocks - Clocks, PLL, GPIO, Interrupt and MCAL
Experience in peripherals and protocols like CAN, CANFD, SPI, UDS, Eray
Hands on experience on configuration tools (Davinci Configurator, CANoe)
Experience in Automotive safety concepts and security concepts to meet ISO26262, ISO21434 and ASPICE process
Hands on experience on Infineon/NXP controllers
Profound knowledge on Autosar specifications

Must be fluent in English
