An ABM Onsite Service Project Manager - Janitorial for the Sports & Entertainment Vertical Market is responsible for the operational and financial success of his/her project. The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing facility operations and maintaining strong client relationships, ranging from property management teams to senior executives. This role is responsible for budget management, vendor oversight, cost-saving initiatives, and ensuring operational efficiency. The Project Manager will lead a diverse team of 15-30 janitorial employees, conduct building inspections, oversee payroll and safety training, and manage inventory and supplies. Additionally, they will support new business development and ensure compliance with administrative and financial procedures. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role. This job is located at Dodger's Stadium, Los Angeles, CA.
Compensation: $80,000-$90,000 Annually
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program
