Execute job duties in a safe and efficient manner.Each person, regardless of role or position, is responsible for Food Packaging Safety and Quality and GMP.Remove waste loads from each department and process at hogger.Operate all baling equipment, including but not limited to-A, B, & C balers, Corrugated baler, hogger, trash compactor, and dust control equipmentStack waste bales.Maintain valid forklift license.Adhere to warehouse regulations.Keep email updated.Load waste bales onto trailers, including “live loads”.Perform preventive maintenance and upkeep on equipment. Change propane tanks on Fork Trucks.Safely operate forklifts and motorized pallet jacks.Coach any teammates not following safety requirements, follow up with management as appropriate.Keep area in specs within all 5S requirements.Work in a fast-paced environment. Complete tasks in a timely manner.Report to management any issue or event that poses a risk to employee safety, the environment and facilities, or food packaging safety and quality.Follow all applicable policies, procedures, and instructions to the best of your ability.Participate in continuous improvement activities, corrective actions, and trainingHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Ability to follow instructions.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Other comparable position will back up this position in the event of an absence.
