Baler Operator - Conover, NC

Shift: B1 (Days)

The Opportunity:

Responsible for daily operations of baler room by waste handling, loading trucks, etc.  Maintain housekeeping and 5S to standards set by management.  Maintain housekeeping and 5S to standards set by management. What you need to succeed:

Testing and Measuring Ability (General Math): Ability to use and read basic measurement devices, (calculator, tape measure, and ruler.) Tow motor certification. Lift truck certification and pallet jack operation. General mechanical aptitude. Written/Verbal Communications Skills: Must follow detailed instructions for training and quality. Computer Skills: Basic computer skills. Knowledge of Cartons: Perform quality checks on cartons being processed.  Candidates are required to undergo a drug screening after receiving a conditional job offer, but before starting employment.
