Main responsibilities:
Lead and oversee day‑to‑day bakery operations to ensure efficient production and high product quality Plan daily and weekly bakery production, staffing, and scheduling Supervise, train, coach, and develop bakery team members Deliver exceptional customer service and actively engage with customers about bakery products Ensure compliance with company policies and all federal, state, and local food safety regulations Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain accurate records Maintain a clean, organized, and safe bakery work and display area Support sales through product presentation, promotions, sampling, and special orders Oversee quality control for baked goods and bakery servicesWe are looking for candidates who possess the following:

Bakery operations, baking techniques, and recipe execution Safe operation of bakery equipment (mixers, ovens, slicers, etc.) Food safety regulations and workplace safety standards Customer service best practices in a retail environment Company policies, procedures, and merchandising standardsAbilities:
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a production‑driven environment Ability to read and follow recipes, instructions, and operational guidelines Ability to lead and motivate a team Ability to maintain consistent and predictable attendance, including flexible scheduling Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, push, pull, and perform repetitive motions throughout shifts
Other requirements:
Ability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Compliance with company grooming, uniform, and conduct standards Ability to work in a temperature‑controlled retail environment with occasional exposure to varying conditions Hourly position eligible for performance‑based bonuses
