Main responsibilities:
Lead day‑to‑day operations of the Bakery department, ensuring smooth workflow and product availability. Supervise, train, schedule, and support bakery associates to drive performance and engagement. Plan and execute daily and weekly production schedules to meet sales demand and quality standards. Deliver an exceptional customer experience by actively assisting customers and promoting bakery products. Ensure compliance with company policies and all federal, state, and local food safety and employee safety regulations. Maintain high standards for product quality, freshness, merchandising, and department cleanliness. Manage inventory levels, ordering, and record‑keeping to support efficient operations. Prepare and bake a variety of bakery products, including breads, pastries, desserts, and decorated cakes.We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions and recipes. Ability to stand, walk, lift, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks throughout scheduled shifts. Ability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.Other requirements:
Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance. Compliance with company grooming, uniform, and workplace conduct standards. Ability to work in a temperature‑controlled retail environment with occasional exposure to outdoor conditions.
