What You'll DoPrepare and bake a variety of artisan breads, viennoiserie, breakfast pastries, and specialty baked goods.Ensure exceptional quality, consistency, and presentation across all bakery products.Support the Pastry Chef in daily bakery operations and production planning.Maintain proper inventory, product rotation, and food cost awareness.Follow the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP procedures.Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver memorable guest experiences throughout the hotel.Bring creativity, attention to detail, and pride to every product you create.
